Can I switch between plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from the Free plan to an Individual plan instantly, and you can switch between Monthly and Yearly at any point. When you upgrade, you'll be credited for any unused time on your current annual plan. There’s no lock-in, and you can downgrade back to the Free tier whenever you need.
What does the yearly subscription actually cost?
The Yearly Individual plan is A$119.99 per year (or the equivalent in your local currency), which works out to less than A$10 a month. This is 30% less than paying monthly and gives you access to all premium features plus priority email support.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your account settings at any time, with no cancellation fees. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which you'll automatically switch to the Free plan. We don't believe in making it difficult to leave — but we're confident you won't want to.
Can schools or Centres pay via invoice or funding?
Yes. For our Centre and School plans, we offer flexible payment options, including invoicing and support for various funding pathways (such as the NDIS in Australia or school budgets in other regions).
